The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 17-21 July 2017.

Bernard Archer, 88, of Champaign, Illinois, passed away 6 July. He was a retired minister, serving in Alberta, Quebec, and Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Archer, who passed away in 2016.

Frank Carver, 89, of Rancho Santa Margarita, California, passed away 14 July. He was a retired minister and educator, serving in New York and what is now Point Loma Nazarene University. He is survived by his wife, Betty Carver.

Panoh Bradford, 64, of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, passed away 16 July. She was the wife of minister Michael Bradford, who served in Alabama.

Joseph Jones, 85, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, passed away 18 July. He was a retired minister, serving in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, Missouri, Tennessee, and Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Jones.

Robert Knight, 77, of Grayville, Illinois, passed away 19 July. He was a retired minister, serving in Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Sharolene Knight.

Erma Reeves, 97, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away 18 July. She was a retired minister, serving in Oklahoma.

Ronald Sylvester, 70, of Piedmont, Oklahoma, passed away 22 May. He was a former minister, serving in Kentucky, and was active in missions. He is survived by his wife, Laura (Meyer) Sylvester.

Evelyn Vanciel, 95, of Visalia, California, passed away 5 July. She was the widow of retired minister Brian Vanciel, who served in California and Arkansas. Brian Vanciel passed away in 2014.
