In Memoriam: March 13, 2015

The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received March 9-13, 2015. 

Gary Cunningham, 70, of Newnan, Georgia, passed away February 21. He was a retired minister and chaplain, serving in Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Donna Cunningham.

Gary Goodrich, 79, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away March 7. He was a pastor. He is survived by his wife, Donna Goodrich, who was a Nazarene Publishing House employee.

Juan Izquierdo, 89, of Miami, Florida, passed away March 10. He was a retired minister, serving in Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Izquierdo, in February.

Irving "Doc" Laird, 83, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away March 6. He was a retired minister and educator, serving in Indiana and Idaho (Northwest Nazarene University). He is survived by his wife, Beverly (Ashline) Laird. (NNU story)

James Steele Jr., 94, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, passed away March 9. He was a retired minister, serving in Tennessee, Florida, and Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Eloise Steele.

Dorothy (Walkes) Stocker, 98, of Rochester, Minnesota, passed away March 7. She was the widow of retired minister Willard Stocker, who passed away in 1982.
