The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 31 July - 4 August 2023.

Barry Beverage, 74, of Jeffersonville, Georgia, passed away 21 July 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Maine and South Dakota. He is survived by his wife, Ethel Beverage. 

Philip Bough, 79, of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away 26 July 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Alice Baugh. 

Norma Jean Glendenning, 87, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away 31 July 2023. She was the wife of retired minister Elgin Glendenning, who served in Kansas. 

Ella League, 97, of Porterville, California, passed away 28 July 2023. She was the widow of Robert League, a retired minister who served in California. Robert passed away in 2016.

Mary McCaskell, 98, of Warren, Ohio, passed away 31 July 2023. She was the widow of minister James McCaskell, who passed away in 1975. 

Ruth Southerland, 92, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away 25 July 2023. She was the widow of Samuel Southerland, a retired minister and evangelist who served in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia. Samuel passed away in 2013. 

Dorothy Starkey, 70, of Prosser, Washington, passed away 27 July 2023. She was the pastor of Benton City New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene, having served previously in Washington. She is survived by her husband, William Starkey.

Beverly Wood, 83, of Gurley, Alabama, passed away 1 August 2023. She was the widow of Alfred Wood, a retired minister and song evangelist who served in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. Albert passed away in 2021.
