Administrative Assistant (Full-time, temporary through September 2023)
General Secretary’s Office
Description: This individual will provide essential support to the General Secretary and Administrative Director of the General Secretary's Office through office coordination, daily administration, and regular and annual financial tasks. In addition, responsibilities will include administrative assistance with the management of Manual-mandated General Board and General Assembly activity.

Description: This person will assist the Global Clergy Development Administrative Director in fulfilling the objectives of the ministry, including email and phone communications, management of assigned projects or portions of projects, and occasional travel. Attention to detail, strong grammatical skills, ability to organize, and familiarity with the Church of the Nazarene are important attributes of applicants.
Benefits Technician (Full-time)
Pensions & Benefits USA
Description: P&B is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to assist in the processing/review of all benefit plans administered by Pensions and Benefits USA and Pensions and Benefits—International. Principal job duties include routing incoming constituent calls and mail as well as various customer service tasks such as benefit contributions, benefit application processing, and benefit distributions. This person will also assist the office manager with coordinating and completing various focus projects.
Constituent Engagement Manager (Full-time)
Nazarene Compassionate Ministries
Description: This person will work within the Constituent Engagement unit of Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM). He or she will assist with cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing donors – individuals and churches – and will assist the Communications Team in the dissemination of messaging and reporting. This person will also carry out the day-to-day logistics and functions related to NCM’s overall marketing/promotional strategy.
NCM Writer and Editor (Full-time)
Nazarene Compassionate Ministries
Description: This person will lead the way in managing the overall communications strategy of Nazarene Compassionate Ministries. Primary responsibilities include the role of managing editor of NCM Magazine, writing marketing and donor communication materials, and coordinating with NCM’s social media manager. He or she will regularly collaborate with other Nazarene communications teams at global and regional levels.
NYI Events Program Assistant (Part-time, Temporary)
USA/Canada Regional Office
Description: As part of the USA/Canada NYI Office team, this person will support the coordination of NYC 2023. Responsibilities will include assistance in a variety of event-planning elements: promotion, registration, housing, exhibits, food and beverage orders, social media, volunteer coordination, programs, and more. This position is temporary through September 2023.
Sr. Benefits Technician (Full-time)
Description: P&B is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to assist in the processing/review of all benefit plans administered by Pensions and Benefits USA and Pensions and Benefits—International. This person will be responsible for 1) various customer service tasks including benefit application processing, verifications, distributions, and other service requests; 2) providing technical support/backup to other benefit technicians; 3) assisting the Director of Operations in coordinating/completing cyclical and annual focus projects.
Social Media Specialist (Temporary, Part-time)
Description: This person will assist the Social Media Coordinator in the daily tasks of carrying out the Church of the Nazarene's multi-platform social media and branding strategies. Principal responsibilities include creating and scheduling content and assisting the Global Communications team with social media graphic creation and communications strategies.

The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 164 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.

Our Faith-Based Organization
We are a faith-based organization. Acceptance of our Christian Code of Conduct is required and membership in the Church of the Nazarene is required for certain positions. The GMC and applicable remote work sites are smoke-, alcohol-, and drug-free Christian workplaces.
Our Human Resources Office receives and processes many employment applications annually for a limited number of positions. While we regret that we cannot respond to each applicant, we do contact those individuals possessing the skills, education/training, and experience that best match the requirements of the open position for which the application was submitted.
