Stephen D. Rhoades foi nomeado superintendente do Distrito Georgia em 2 de janeiro de 2025. Stephen atualmente é pastor da Fort Meyers First Church of the Nazarene, na Flórida.

A nomeação foi feita pelo Superintendente Geral T. Scott Daniels em consulta com a Junta Consultiva do Georgia District e a Junta de Superintendentes Gerais.

Stephen substituirá Kyle Poole, que foi nomeado superintendente do Kansas City District em outubro. A nomeação de Stephen entra em vigor em 1º de fevereiro de 2025.

Stephen recebeu um diploma de bacharel em ministério pela Trevecca Nazarene College (hoje University) em 1989. Ele serviu como pastor da Franklin First Church of the Nazarene (1991-1994) em Kentucky, Greenwood Church of the Nazarene (1999-2002), The Point Church of the Nazarene (2002-2016) em Indiana e Coastal Community Church of the Nazarene (2016-2019) na Flórida.

Stephen se tornou pastor da Fort Meyers First Church of the Nazarene em 2019.

Stephen e sua esposa, Regina, atualmente moram em Fort Myers, Flórida. Eles têm uma filha adulta.
