In addition to his faculty positions at SNU, NNU, and APU, Scott has taught for Nazarene Theological Seminary, Trevecca Nazarene University, Africa Nazarene University, and Fuller Theological Seminary. This background proved useful during his lengthy service on the Nazarene Publishing Board and as a long-term member and chair of the Covenant of Christian Conduct Committee. He served as the chair of the Christian Action Committee at four General Assemblies.
Dr. Daniels has published numerous articles and book chapters, and delivered several academic papers and presentations. His preaching is widely respected throughout the church, making him a sought-after speaker and frequent homiletics teacher and advisor. He has created and maintained a successful podcast – New Creation Conversations – building bridges between the local church and the Christian academy.
