The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 26-30 July 2021.

Lonny Aleshire Sr., 78, of Hebron, Ohio, passed away 25 July 2021. He was a minister who served at Columbus Shepherd Church of the Nazarene in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Donna Aleshire. 

J. Mark Barnes, 78, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away 24 July 2021. He was a retired minister and district superintendent who served in West Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, and North Carolina and led the North Carolina District. He is survived by his wife, Lucy Barnes.

Jerry Harrison, 65, of Fargo, Oklahoma, passed away 24 July 2021. He was the pastor of Fargo Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Linda Harrison.

Sue Jackson, 85, of Greenup, Kentucky, passed away 11 July 2021. She was the wife of Thomas Jackson, a retired minister who served in Kentucky.

Gerald Laing, 91, of Vicksburg, Michigan, passed away 26 July 2021. He was a retired minister who served in Tennessee and Michigan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcine Laing, who passed away in 2012.

Diego Ortiz, 96, of Rialto, California, passed away 29 July 2021. He was a retired minister who served in Nicaragua and California. He was preceded in death by his wife, Blanca Ortiz, who passed away in 2017.

Rebecca Zibolski, 68, of Middletown, Pennsylvania, passed away 24 July 2021. She was the wife of Anthony Zibolski, who pastors Middletown Rosedale Church of the Nazarene.
