The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 4-8 December 2023.

Richard Diffenderfer, 83, of Peyton, Colorado, passed away 2 December 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is survived by his wife, Eloise Diffenderfer.

David Diveley Sr., 69, of Bourbonnais, Illinois, passed away 1 December 2023. He was the pastor of Kankakee Salvage Yard Biker Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Suprema Diveley.

Maria Enciso, 66, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away 23 November 2023. She was a minister who served in Maryland. She is survived by her husband, Edgar Enciso, a retired minister whom she served alongside. 

Chris Gillespie, 92, of Albany, Georgia, passed away 4 December 2023. She was the wife of Hilton Gillespie, a minister who serves at Albany Grace Church of the Nazarene.

W. Talmadge Johnson, , of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He is a General Superintendent emeritus serving on the Board of General Superintendents from 2001-2005. He served as global director of Sunday School Ministries (now Nazarene Discipleship International) from 1994-2001. He led the Mississippi District (1975-1980) and the Tennessee District (1980-1994) as district superintendent and served as a minister in Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his wife, Genell Johnson, who passed away in 2021. 

Daniel McKinley, 80, of Arvada, Colorado, passed away 4 December 2023. He was a minister who served in Colorado. He is survived by his wife, Karen McKinley.

Betty Mingus-Fields, 94, of Mesquite, Nevada, passed away 24 November 2023. She was the widow of Eugene Mingus, a retired minister who served in Iowa, Colorado, and California. Eugene passed away in 2009.

Learon West, 83, of Jasper, Alabama, passed away 2 December 2023. He was the pastor of Beulah Church of the Nazarene in Alabama. He is survived by his wife, Mary West.
