The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received May 18-22, 2015.

Ruth Chew, 83, of Eureka, Illinois, passed away May 12. She was the wife of retired minister Robert Chew Sr., who served in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. 

Rex Clark, 80, of West College Corner, Indiana, passed away May 20. He was a retired minister, serving in California and Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Mary Clark.

Harper Cole Jr., 93, of Hesston, Kansas, passed away May 17. He was a minister, educator, and Nazarene Headquarters employee, previously serving in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Tennessee. 

Jerry McCant, 73, of Snow Camp, North Carolina, passed away May 17. He was a retired minister and educator, serving in North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, and California. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla McCant.

Charles Powers, 88, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away May 20. He was a retired minister, serving in Iowa, Alaska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Anna Powers.

Ernest Rhodes, 85, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away May 19. He was a retired minister, serving in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Campbell) Rhodes.

Edwin Simpson, 74, of Tabernacle, New Jersey, passed away May 20. He was a retired minister, serving in Massachusetts, Ontario, New York, and New Jersey. He is survived by his wife, Grayce (Teal) Simpson.

Nita Snow, 94, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away May 19. She was the widow of retired minister Carson Snow Jr., who served in Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon, and Florida. Carson Snow Jr. passed away in 2011.

Rob Staples, 85, of Leawood, Kansas, passed away May 19. He was a retired minister and educator, serving in California, Oklahoma, and Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Marcella Staples.
