At Field Youth Coordinator Conferences, youth leaders from each of the 45 world areas gather together to meet, pray, and learn. Each of these passionate leaders volunteers their time and energy to engage youth in their world area.

Field Youth Coordinator Conferences are held in conjunction with Third Wave. The next one will be in 2023.
