Terry Armstrong elected new Illinois district superintendent
Terry Armstrong was elected 13 July as the Illinois district superintendent. Armstrong is currently serving as lead pastor at Mustang Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma, a position he has held since 2008.
Armstrong’s new assignment will be made effective 13 August. He is replacing James Kraemer, who is retiring after serving as district superintendent for nearly five years.
Armstrong and his wife, Becky, have served in full-time ministry since 1981. Prior to their service in Mustang, they pastored in Guymon, Medford, Bartlesville, and Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Terry received his Bachelor of Arts from MidAmerica Nazarene University and his Master of Ministry from Nazarene Theological Seminary.
Armstrong and his wife currently live in Mustang, Oklahoma.
