Children's Memorial Roll

The Children's Memorial Roll is a way to honor deceased children and contribute to Missionary Health Care, which provides medical assistance for Nazarene missionaries.

The cost of placing someone on the Memorial Roll is USD$75. You will receive a certificate that fits into a standard 8"x10" frame. Duplicates of the certificate are $25 each."

To order a Children's Memorial Roll:

1. Order Online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
    Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
2. Order by Mail 

• Print the Memorial Roll order form
• Fill out the order form.
• Make checks payable to Global Treasury Services (include the giving code “204” in the memo line for Distinguished Service Award or “197” in the memo line for Memorial Roll)
