Retired missionary Darlene Kellerman passes away

Darlene Kellerman passed away July 8 at age 79. She was a teacher, career missionary on the Asia-Pacific Region, pastor’s wife, evangelist, and prayer warrior.

Kellerman was born December 21, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Gordon and Mary Broom. She was a homemaker, a wonderful hostess, and entertainer. Darlene was also a phenomenal cook, a devoted and faithful wife, and a very proud and involved mother.

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 59 years, Phillip Kellerman; daughter, Cindy Myers-Kellerman; son, Tim (Jamie) Kellerman; brothers, Donald (Sarah) Broom, Ted (Relinda) Broom, and Gordon (Larry) Broom; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to Nazarene Compassionat Ministries' West Virginia Flood Relief Fund or the Fraternal Order of Police, designating your gift to the Dallas Fallen Police Officer Fund.
