The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received August 15-19, 2016.

Joseph Biscoe Jr., 89, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away August 15. He was a retired minister, serving in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Deleware, Maryland, Michigan, and Kansas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis (Neiderhiser) Biscoe, in 2015. 

Lawrence "Larry" Faul, 91, of Flint, Michigan, passed away August 11. He was a retired minister and missionary, serving in North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua, and Jamaica. He is survived by his wife, Betty (Foraker) Faul. (story)

Charles "Chuck" Fowler, 56, of Boyne City, Michigan, passed away August 12. He was a minister, serving at Boyne City Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Pam Fowler. (story)

Samuel Hynd, 91, of Manzini, Swaziland, passed away August 18. He was a retired missionary, serving in Swaziland. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Hynd, in 2008. (story)

Paul Mangum Sr., 96, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away August 17. He was a retired minister, evangelist, and district superintendent, serving in Oregon, Idaho, Texas, and California, and leading the Philadelphia District. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Mangum, in 2015. More information will be posted as it is available.

Kay (Biggs) McCloskey, 69, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away August 10. She was the wife of minister Kenneth McCloskey, who serves at Pensacola First Church of the Nazarene. 

Miriam "Lucille" (Anderson) Neiderhiser, 86, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away August 18. She was the wife of retired minister and educator Richard Neiderhiser, who served in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Missouri. 

Joyce Parker, 72, of Rochester, New York, passed away August 17. She was the wife of retired minister and district superintendent David Parker, who served in Maine, Nova Scotia, and New York and led the Canada Atlantic District. 

J. Everett Pleyer, 89, of Lillington, North Carolina, passed away August 11. He was a retired Nazarene Publishing House employee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene (Jaquith) Pleyer, in 2011.
