The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 26 - 30 April 2021.

Paul Brilla, 73, of Spokane, Washington, passed away 20 April 2021. He was a retired minister who served in Oregon, California, Wyoming, Alaska, and Washington. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Brilla.

Dorothy Buckner, 91, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away 5 April 2021. She was the widow of Leland Buckner, a retired minister who served in Kansas, Missouri, and Indiana. Leland passed away in 1998.

Roberta Cramer, 90, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away 22 April 2021. She was the widow of Edward Cramer, a retired minister who served in Michigan, Maine, and Massachusetts. 

Mary Davis, 56, of Shelby, North Carolina, passed away 24 April 2021. She was the wife of James Davis, who pastors Shelby First Church of the Nazarene.

Douglas DiBell, 57, of Monticello, Iowa, passed away 27 April 2021. He was the pastor of Monticello New Life Community Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda DiBell.

Lucille Hamblin, 92, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away 17 April 2021. She was the wife of Merle Hamblin, a retired minister who served in Iowa and Michigan.

Linda Huggins, 60, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away 27 April 2021. She was the pastor of Mercy Street Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Huggins.

Donna Monroe, 79, of Danville, Illinois, passed away 6 April 2021. She was the widow of David Monroe, a minister who served in Kansas, Illinois, and Wisconsin. David passed away in 2009.

Watson Swope, 82, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away 30 March 2021. He was a retired minister who served in New York, Ohio, and Georgia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonita Swope, who passed away in 2018.

Allen Wagner, 81, of Ruskin, Florida, passed away 13 April 2021. He was a retired minister who served in Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Wagner, who passed away in 2010.

Ruthalene Watson, 92, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away 20 April 2021. She was the widow of Robert Watson, a retired minister who served in Indiana and Ohio. Robert passed away in 2017.

Nancy Wells, 71, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away 25 April 2021. She was the widow of Eugene Wells, a minister who served in Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Eugene passed away in 2014.

Dorothy West, 78, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away 21 April 2021. She was the wife of James West, a retired minister who served in Texas and Louisiana.

Marie Whetstone, 92, of Smyrna, Tennessee, passed away 23 April 2021. She was the widow of Lewis Whetstone, a retired minister who served in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. Lewis passed away in 2010.

Jeannette Wienecke, 98, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away 24 April 2021. She was the widow of J. Melton Wienecke, a retired minister who served in Kentucky, North Carolina, and Kansas. J. Melton passed away in 1996.

Twylla Woods, 89, of Temple City, California, passed away 14 April 2021. She was a retired missionary who served in Japan for 32 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Woods, who served alongside her. Wendell passed away in 2011.
