Claudemir Cardoso was elected superintendent of the Londrina District of Brazil during the 30th District Assembly. He will replace Gilberto Oliveira, who has led the district for the past six years.

The assembly was held in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. In addition to delegates and visitors, the event was attended by Oliveira, Brazil South Field Strategy Coordinator Romero Moreira, Brazil Sub-region Director Manuel Lima, and Eloi Moutinho, the first superintendent of the Londrina District.

At the end of the district assembly, leaders thanked the Lord for the care and direction He has given Gilberto during his time of service. They prayed that God may help them continue to bear fruit through this new time under Cardoso's leadership.
