We have seen Sunday school teachers can reach many children for Jesus. We believe that investing in our Sunday school teachers through training is an enourmously beneficial investment in the Kingdom. This project supports training of District Children's Ministry Directors, from across seven countries on the East Africa Field. This training each year will include a guest speaker to poor into our leaders and materials and training resources for them to take back to their local leaders. 
We believe this training is valuable, so we want to pay for our leaders one-way trave as well as their food and accomodations at the training venue. This investment will encourage our directors to host their own trainings at the country and zone level as well as re-teach their teachers the materials they gathered at the conference.
