Rebecca is serving as a teacher at Kudjip MK School in Papua New Guinea for the 2020-21 school year. The school is on the Kudjip Nazarene Hospital station, located in the highlands of Papua New Guinea.
The Great Commission was impressed on Rebecca’s heart during her growing up years in New Jersey, through her church/Metro NY District events, her high school, and especially from her parents who welcomed people from all backgrounds into their lives. Several short-term trips and 5 months of teaching abroad confirmed her desire to serve cross-culturally, which she primarily pursued Stateside through building relationships with people from around the world.
Rebecca studied Education for one year at Eastern Nazarene College, and then completed her degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) & Biblical Studies at Lancaster Bible College. Upon graduating, she worked for three years as an Admin Assistant for Global Disciples, watching the Good News go out and new fellowships multiply across the globe. While living in Pennsylvania she has been an active member of her church, which included some years as their local NMI President, and she continues to encourage others to consider how they may reach out locally and “to the ends of the earth.”
You are invited to join Rebecca on the journey as she walks forward in steps of faith!
