La Junta General está compuesta por superintendentes de distrito, ministros ordenados asignados y líderes laicos que representan a la iglesia mundial y son elegidos en la Asamblea General. Se reúne a finales de febrero de cada año y tiene la responsabilidad de gobernar la Iglesia del Nazareno global entre asambleas generales. La Junta General lleva a cabo los asuntos corporativos de las oficinas de la denominación.
