The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 24-28 January 2022.

Isabelle Armstrong, 98, of Welland, Ontaria, Canada, passed away 12 January 2022. She was the widow of Alfred Armstrong, a retired minister who served in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Ontario, Canada. Alfred passed away in 2006.

Cavil Benshoof, 88, of Spokane Valley, Washington, passed away in 22 January 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Idaho. He is survived by his wife, Elinor Benshoof.

Doris Bohall, 92, of Midlothian, Virginia, passed away 21 January 2021. She was the widow of Gerald Bohall Sr., a retired minister and chaplain who served in New Mexico, Japan, Arkansas, Germany, and Virginia. Gerald passed away in 2017.

Marcus Briggs, 72, of Russell, Pennsylvania, passed away 23 January 2022. He was a chaplain and minister who served in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is survived by his wife, Lucinda Briggs

Ernest Creamer, 78, of Hopedale, Ohio, passed away 22 January 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Creamer, who passed away in 2010.

Michael Davis, 55, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away 21 January 2022. He was a minister and chaplain who served in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Leon Davis.

Shirley Deemer, 87, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away 22 January 2022. She was a retired minister who served in Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Deemer, who passed away in 2004.

Terry Hedrick, 68, of Delta, Colorado, passed away 24 January 2022. He was a minister who pastored Cedaredge Fellowship on the Rock Church of the Nazarene in Colorado, with previous service in Colorado and Louisiana. He is survived by his wife, Karen Hedrick.

Patricia Jackson, 51, of Ottawa, Illinois, passed away 24 January 2022. She was a minister serving at Crossbridge Community Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her husband, Joe Jackson.

Esther Kellner, 95, of San Diego, California, passed away 19 January 2022. She was the widow of William Kellner, a retired minister who served in California and Colorado. William passed away in 2002.

Stanford Lynch, 90, of Iowa City, Iowa, passed away 19 January 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Indiana and Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annalee Lynch, who passed away in 2011.

Ruben Marines, 79, of Selma, California, passed away 19 January 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and California. He is survived by his wife, Rosa Marines.

William Russell, 91, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away 22 January 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Idaho. He is survived by his wife, Connie Russell. 

Doris Shank, 91 of Elkview, West Virginia, passed away 18 January 2022. She was the widow of James Shank Jr., a retired minister who served in Tennessee and West Virginia. James passed away in 2002.

William Snyder, 84, of Leesburg, Ohio, passed away 20 January 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Ohio and North Dakota. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Snyder.
